Terms of Service

The Studio Formula is a brand of FRM COM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, a Wyoming limited liability company · Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms are between you and FRM COM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as The Studio Formula ("we", "us"). They apply when you buy from us. By completing checkout you agree to them.

1. The Fully Booked Studio System (AI-run studio growth service)

• What the service does: runs Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads from your own ad account, made from clips you film from the shot list we send, with new ads every month and daily optimization inside a hard daily spending cap and automatic pause rules; sends a win-back campaign to your existing list in the first week; follows up every new lead by text and email within 5 minutes until they book; runs an intro-offer page and booking flow on our client domain; sends automatic review requests and bring-a-friend messages after visits; sends rebooking messages to no-shows and lapsed members; and sends you a weekly numbers report and a monthly written plan. This work is done by our software and AI systems.
• What it doesn't include: calls, meetings or custom work outside the list above.
• What you do: fill out the onboarding form once; give the one-time approvals it describes; fund your ads from $30 a day, paid directly to Meta from your own ad account; film short phone clips from the shot list we send each month; answer and book the inquiries that need you; and give us real numbers.
• Klasvo (optional): while you are a client, you can use Klasvo, our booking software (klasvo.com), at no charge. It is never required; you can keep your current booking system. If you leave the service, your Klasvo account continues as a normal paid Klasvo plan, which you can cancel.
• Who it's for: open, operating studios. We take on 5 new studios a month.
• Consent and permissions: You confirm that everyone you give us or let us import agreed to hear from your studio as your records show, and you'll tell us about anyone who has opted out. You're responsible for that consent and for permission from everyone who appears in the photos and clips you send us, and you'll cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises because either was missing. We send these messages in your studio's name, on your instructions, and process your clients' details only to do so.

2. Price and billing

• $997 per month, billed monthly by Stripe from the day you check out. The program runs for 90 days (3 months). You are never charged three months up front.
• Setup fee: a one-time $900, charged with your first month. It is waived if you start checkout before the joining deadline shown on the offer page (when the training replay comes down, 72 hours after the session).
• After the 90 days, the program continues month to month at the same price until you cancel (see section 3).
• Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to Meta. It is not part of our fee.

3. Canceling

• You can give notice to cancel at any time, by replying to any of our emails or writing to thestudioformula@gmail.com.
• Notice given during the 90-day program takes effect at the end of your third month, so nothing more is charged after the 90 days. After the 90 days, the program continues month to month until you cancel, and notice given then takes effect at the end of the month already paid.
• There are no partial refunds for a month in progress. The one exception is the 14-day plan guarantee in section 4.
• When you leave, we hand over what you need to keep going: your lead list as a file, and your ad account stays yours with everything built in it.

4. Our two guarantees

• 14-day plan guarantee. Within 14 days of your first payment you receive your full launch plan and a written target for new members. If you don't want to go ahead with it, tell us by the reply-by date in your plan email: day 14, or 7 days after your plan reaches you if that's later. We then refund your first payment in full, including the setup fee if you paid one, and the program ends.
• 90-day target guarantee. We agree on a written target for new members, built on your studio's real numbers and ad budget. If you've done your part and we miss it by day 90, we keep working with no monthly fee (your ad budget keeps running, paid to Meta as before) until we hit it. New members are people who start a membership at your studio during the 90 days and didn't hold one when the program began, as shown in your booking software's sales report.
• "Your part" means: funding the agreed ad budget (at least $30 a day) without pausing it; sending the clips from the shot list each month; answering or booking the inquiries we send you; keeping your intro offer and booking link working; and giving us your real numbers. If any of these isn't met, the 90-day target guarantee does not apply.
• Apart from these two written guarantees, results aren't guaranteed: we can't promise a particular number of clients, members or revenue, because results depend on your market, your offer and how inquiries are handled.

5. The Win-Back Kit ($27)

• A digital product: ready-to-send texts and emails, available immediately after payment. Not useful? Reply within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Only text people who have agreed to receive texts from your studio. You are responsible for how you use the messages.

6. Your data and your clients' data

• Your clients and leads are yours. We process their details only to deliver the program, on your behalf, and never sell them. See our Privacy Policy.
• We text only people our forms or your records show as having agreed to receive texts, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

7. Payment problems and disputes

• If a monthly payment fails, we'll tell you and pause the work until it's resolved.
• If something isn't right, reply to any of our emails first. Florian answers personally.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made by Meta or your booking software (for example an ad account restriction). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; changes apply from your next billing month and we'll email you about any that matter. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
